The properties:

All properties are available for a minimum of six months which may be renewed if all parties are in agreement. Joint Tenancies are available. Applicants claiming or in receipt of certain benefits are acceptable at the discretion of the landlord, guarantors may be needed.


Our process:

Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you (Mainly Monday-Friday) and you will always be accompanied by at least one member of staff who can give advice and answer any questions you may have. All relevant documents will be available at time of viewing.



As a minimum we will require satisfactory references from your employer (or college), and a previous or current landlord. We may also require a guarantor. We will use the services of Selective Licensing for personal references and also the NLA for a complete Credit check.



Rents are normally quoted calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is always responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. All rents are payable direct to us or by bank standing order to our company bank account when possible.



A security deposit of a minimum of one month's rental maybe be required. If it is this deposit will be treated in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection regulations, and you will be informed of which protection scheme is to be used. The deposit is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. Please note that under no circumstances can the deposit be used by the tenant to cover rent.



We charge a nominal fee per application to cover administration for referencing and credit checks (£50:00 fee  non refundable).



Pets may only be considered with the express permission of the landlord.



Not all landlords allow smokers, please note that discretion is always up to the landlord of each individual property.
